PracticePath is a free, open-source, community-driven platform that provides educational guidance for healthcare practitioners considering opening their own practice. The Site is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice.

No Professional Advice

User Accounts

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when completing your profile, including a valid NPI number if applicable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Community Contributions

PracticePath operates as a community wiki. When you submit edits or content:

• You grant PracticePath a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your contributions as part of the platform.
• You represent that your contributions are original or that you have the right to share them, and that they do not infringe on any third party's rights.
• All contributions are subject to review and approval by site administrators.
• We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject any content at our discretion.

AI Assistant

The Site includes an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about each section. Responses from the AI:

• Are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or current
• Do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• Should always be verified with qualified professionals before acting on them

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
